All bets are accepted at ar999h's sole discretion. ar999h reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after acceptance, if there are reasonable grounds to suspect odds manipulation, match-fixing, system errors, or any form of betting fraud. Obvious pricing errors in odds will be corrected and affected bets voided, with stakes returned to the player.
Live in-play betting markets — including PSL cricket ball-by-ball markets — are subject to suspension and amendment during play. ar999h accepts no responsibility for the unavailability of live markets during periods of technical difficulty. Bets placed and accepted prior to a market suspension remain valid unless voided under the terms of Section 7.1.
Bets are settled in accordance with official competition results as recognised by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, ar999h may delay settlement pending confirmation from the official source. If no official result is available within 72 hours of the scheduled event conclusion, ar999h reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes.
ar999h applies maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits, which are displayed in the sportsbook prior to bet placement. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be paid only up to that maximum limit regardless of the returned odds.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending an investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, ar999h reserves the right to forfeit the balance. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Where changes are material, ar999h will provide notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any positive balance.
